Eligibility for Returns

Timeframe

Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the date of receipt.

Condition

Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging with all accessories and documentation.

Proof of Purchase

A valid proof of purchase, such as an invoice or receipt, is required for all returns.

Return Process

Initiate a Return: Contact our customer service team at info@sanergy-electric to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

2.

Pack the Items: Securely pack the items in their original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.

3.

Shipping: Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package and ship it to the address provided by our customer service team. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or shipping error.

Refunds

Inspection: Once we receive the returned items, our team will inspect them to ensure they meet the return eligibility criteria.

Processing: If the return is approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your account statement.

3.

Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of 20% may apply to non-defective items.

Non-Returnable Items

– Items marked as final sale

– Damaged or modified products (unless due to manufacturing defects)

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different product, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
